**Ecommerce Category Sr Executive / Manager**

**Experience: 1-4 Years**

**Job Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II New Delhi-110064**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Building the category strategy and execution plan
- Identification and Development of relationships with key brand and vendors
- Owning customer experience metrics and data quality
- Identify defects and develop scalable processes to address and accelerate our Private Label business.
- Weekly and monthly tracking of category metrics to monitor goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Partnering closely with cross functional teams including the Other Hardline category teams, marketing, legal, finance, to deliver on goals.
- Must know the process involved in online selling.
- Ability to create A+ listings and marketing content
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns through the brand owners
- You Should have a knowledge of "EXPORT".

**Requisites / Prerequisites**:

- Graduate from Delhi University.
- PG in Business / Sales management is preferred
- Ecommerce Sales Experience 1~3 years.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
- Have a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
