**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create realistic and stylized character animations that meet the artistic and technical requirements of the project.
- Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to understand project objectives and ensure animations align with the overall vision.
- Develop and maintain high-quality animation assets from concept to final implementation.
- Rigging characters and setting up animation controls as needed.
- Participate in motion capture sessions and refine captured animations to achieve the desired performance.
- Troubleshoot and solve animation-related issues throughout the production process.
- Continuously refine animation techniques and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a 3D Character Animator, preferably in the video game, film, or advertising industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, human and animal anatomy, and motion.
- Experience with character rigging and creating animation rigs.
- Knowledge of motion capture technology and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of character animations, including realistic and stylized work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional 3D software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or MEL.
- Experience with facial animation and lip-sync techniques.
- Understanding of the entire 3D production pipeline.
