**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Remote Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, visually engaging designs for various digital and print materials. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and develop creative solutions that meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Edit, enhance, and optimize images and visual content for use across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent quality and style.
- Create custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time and align with brand identity, messaging, and audience preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software tools, and techniques to continuously improve design output.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access to past designs, assets, and templates.
- Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience in creating graphics for both print and digital media.
- Familiarity with responsive design and optimizing visuals for various platforms and devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, or experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:
Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
