Hiring for One of the leading Five star hotel in Mumbai
- From 4 to 8 year(s) of experience
- ₹ 7-9 Lacs P.A.
- Mumbai (All Areas)- To assign daily duties to the Housekeeping attendants and contract staff.
- To prepare staff schedules.
- To inspect each room finished by the Housekeeping attendant with special emphasis on bathrooms, bath tubs, W.C., wash basins, beds, carpets, mirrors and all other fixtures and furniture.
- To check all par stocks of linen on floors and ensure its timely delivery from the linen room to the floors. This is done through the Housekeeping desk and linen room.
- To maintain a regular and complete advance schedule for annual maintenance and renovation of the guest rooms on her allotted floor area in direct consultation with the Executive Housekeeper.
- To assist Executive Housekeeper in implementing upgraded quality systems and procedures in the department.
- To ensure customer satisfaction through constant interaction and personalized service.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all department equipment and material under his / her control.
- To ensure all relevant documentation and records are updated and complete.
- To ensure maintenance and upkeep of garden areas and indoor / outdoor plants as per
international standards.
- To ensure aesthetic standards of flower arrangements in the hotel.
- To ensure quality of all hotel uniform, linen and control issues, returns and alterations.
- Responsible for empowerment / NPS scores and Trip advisor.

- Hospitality educational qualification.
- Awareness of hotel product.
- Thorough understanding of Housekeeping.
