**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Recruitment & Management**
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct research on industry trends, skills demand, and competitor practices.
- Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for process improvement.
- Research potential platforms and tools for hiring efficiency.

**Operations Support**
- Manage basic invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation.
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and office administration.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational databases.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, recruitment, or business support.
- MBA preferred; BBA / Business / Commerce graduates also considered.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
- Efficient in using computers and digital tools for research and office tasks.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
