**Looking for a CA partner, who is holding Cop, to work with Cs office in Bangalore.**

Are you ready to take your CA career to the next level? **Prakasha & Co**, a CS legal, and tax advisory firm in Bangalore, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a CA **Audit Partner**. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing organization that specializes in providing business services and expert guidance on matters related to Business law, Company law, and taxation.

As an Audit Partner at Prakasha & Co., you will be responsible for handling and managing a variety of tasks for our clients. Your role will include:
**1. Income Tax Matters**:

- Corporate Tax:

- Income Tax Return Filings
- Tax planning and certification
- Tax planning/Consulting
- Ensure adherence to statutory due dates

**- Audits**:

- Assisting in Tax Audits and Company audits
- Ensure improvement in the quality of deliverables

**Companies Act Compliance**:

- Assisting in Statutory Audits and certifications
- Monitoring Audit Status as per audit plan and ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe

**Proactive Client Interaction**:

- Proactively discussing workflow management with the other audit partner
- Organizing meetings with clients and presenting points, including how they can add value, improve their business, and reduce costs

**Client Relationship Building**
- Visiting clients as frequently as possible or maintaining regular contact through online channels to develop strong client relationships

**Networking**
- Engaging in networking activities to identify future leads and business opportunities

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

- Strong knowledge of Audit and Taxation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Qualification **CA **with COP is mandatory.
