Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful nature.
- Provide product information, make recommendations, and answer queries.

Order Processing:

- Efficiently handle customer orders at the counter.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

Product Knowledge:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our sweet offerings, including ingredients and flavors.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences.

Visual Merchandising:

- Contribute to maintaining attractive product displays.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining a visually appealing storefront.

Hygiene and Quality Control:

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area.
- Assist in quality control measures to maintain the freshness and integrity of the products.

Promotions and Upselling:

- Promote ongoing promotions and upsell additional items.
- Provide information on special offers and loyalty programs.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other staff members and supervisors for a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Communication:

- Facilitate clear communication between store staff and management.
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with other supervisors.
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
- Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Area Manager
- Comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct
- Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviors
- Perform tasks as directed by the Area Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
