Pustakaar is the Mobile Library program of Ansh Foundation. Our teachers and volunteers visit underprivileged schools and conduct English enrichment activities.

We are looking to streamline this process by adding manpower. A teacher is essential for the continuity of the core program and classes taken.

**Job Title: Teaching Coordinator**

**_Qualifications required _**
- Graduate, preferably B.Ed.
- Teaching experience at the primary school level, 1-2 years
- including classroom management skills
- Good Communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate level of computer skills

**_Other requirements _**
- Own transport essential (not compulsory)

**_Job description _**

Primary Duty:
Coordinate between Pustakaar and the schools.

Plan English activities and take Pustakaar story sessions in designated schools. Meeting the Principal and teachers to get feedback on the program. Oversee volunteers collectively to ensure methodology is followed. Subsitute for volunteer classes.

Secondary Duty:

- Office Administration
- Support for the library: building and procuring and maintaining inventory

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
