To be successful as a Compliance Data Analytics, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
The Data Analytics role required skilled resources proficient in data understanding, Data modelling and Data visualization to support compliance risk insights, Additions knowledge of cloud technologies, big data, and automation is essential for scaling analysis operations efficiently.
- BE / M-Tech in Computer Science
- Good Coding experience.
- Good Writing and Verbal communication skills is must.

Desirable skillsets:

- Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel - Must have
- Any other programming language (Java, Scala) - Good to have

This role will be based out of Pune.

**Purpose of the role**

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.

**Accountabilities**
- Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
- Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.

**Analyst Expectations**
- To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
