**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and PR/Marketing agencies.
- Develop advertising plans for the digital magazine and website.
- Actively sell advertisement spaces for both the magazine and website.
- Maintain strong communication with global trade fair organizations.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and opinion leaders.
- Provide excellent service to colleagues, assisting them in maximizing digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with the global network to source and promote stories and campaigns.
- Monitor the marketplace for emerging trends in campaigns, formats, and technologies.
- Play an active role in the team, contributing insights and best practices.
- Work with Marketers/ABM/Sales team to plan, optimize, and report on paid social, search, and other paid media campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with clients.

**Primary Skills**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing operations support team for budget management.
- Possess experience in digital/social marketing and communications, covering strategy, planning, execution, analytics, and evaluation.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with digital tools, channels, and content formats.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in content creation for digital channels.
- Interest in technology and innovation topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications.
- BBA in Marketing Communication/MBA/Integrated Marketing Communication/BBA in Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM)/MBA in Travel & Tourism Management/PG Degree in Media Management/Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/Corporate Communications/Marketing/Communication/Media Management.
- Proficiency in English, with a very high standard of both spoken and written language.
- Impressive communication skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong organizational skills.
