- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and malfunctions
- Adhere to electrical safety codes and regulations
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose and fix plumbing leaks and clogs
- Ensure proper water drainage and waste disposal
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot and resolve AC malfunctions, including refrigerant leaks and compressor issues
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines
- Diagnose and fix refrigeration problems, including temperature fluctuations and cooling issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed, including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
