Conduct land and topographical surveys using total station, GPS, auto-level, and other instruments.
- Establish and maintain survey benchmarks, gridlines, and reference points at the site.
- Verify and set out construction works in accordance with design drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and update survey records, site drawings, and related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of measurements for excavation, foundations, structural elements, and finishing works.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Monitor levels, alignments, and dimensions during construction to maintain quality and compliance.
- Perform quantity surveying checks to support billing and subcontractor measurements.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe handling of survey instruments.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while working on-site.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in [buildings/infrastructure/roads, based on your requirement]).
- Knowledge of local codes, standards, and project requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
