**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints promptly.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Upsell specials and menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with other team members for smooth service operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter preferred (training can be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
