As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your duties will include:

- Receiving, storing, and issuing materials in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records both physically and digitally, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented.
- Stocking materials in a manner that maximizes space utilization and facilitates easy access for retrieval.
- Determining optimal floor and shelf locations for supplies to enhance visibility and accessibility.
- Managing the store layout to optimize traffic flow and promote sales.
- Supervising and providing guidance to team members and reportees to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Keeping detailed records of sales and inventory levels to facilitate timely restocking and prevent stock outs.
- Managing and training store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Supervising the clearance of incoming supplies to ensure that they are stored safely and in good condition, ready for use when needed.
- Conducting periodic physical inventories and assessing stock positions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed.

Salary : 20000 - 25000

Experience: 5+ years prefered
