Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Interface Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS products, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.

2. User Experience Design: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use insights gathered to inform the design process and create seamless user experiences.

3. Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

6. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Use these tools to create high-fidelity designs and collaborate effectively with team members.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and product goals. Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to refine and improve designs.

8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications. Address any design-related issues or discrepancies identified during the development process.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, including detailed case studies demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
