**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily shipping operations, including order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery-related issues proactively.
- Verify and update shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and manifests.
- Optimize packaging methods to minimize costs and prevent damages.
- Maintain records of shipments, returns, and customer complaints related to shipping.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory and reduce shipping errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government shipping regulations.
- Assist in vendor negotiations for better shipping rates and services.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce shipping and courier management.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory management tools (Zoho Inventory preferred).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with courier partners and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail logistics.
- Familiarity with Magento or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of packaging standards and cost-saving shipping techniques.
