Job Role**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on portfolio management services. ** Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects. **Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. ** Utilize expertise in FSI (Floor Space Index) calculation to analyze and determine the development potential of real estate properties. **Interpret and analyze area statements to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projects. ** Stay updated on the latest developments and regulations related to the RERA Act (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and ensure compliance in all relevant projects. **Develop financial models to evaluate the financial viability and profitability of real estate projects. ** Analyse cash flows, ROI (Return on Investment), and other financial metrics to make informed business decisions. **Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial projections and monitor ongoing project financial performance. ** Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends. **Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive positioning. ** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution. **Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. ** Collaborate with project management teams to oversee the execution of real estate projects from initiation to completion. **Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards. ** Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ** Advance excel knowledge is mandatory. **Proven track record in business development within the real estate sector, with a focus on portfolio management. ** In-depth understanding of FSI calculation methodologies, RERA Act regulations, and real estate financial analysis. **Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex area statements and financial data. ** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and collaborating within the team. **Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow management software/tools. ** Demonstrated ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Demonstrated ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, manage multiple projects, and coordinate project teams effectively**
