Are you passionate about digital marketing and SEO? GroXPro is looking for a dedicated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for improving the visibility of our websites in search engines, driving organic traffic, and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the digital marketing space and contribute to impactful online growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research to guide content teams and discover new SEO opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and meta elements for target keywords.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure all SEO best practices are implemented.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Manage link-building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and backlink analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO alignment across projects.
- Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others for performance tracking and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and technical SEO concepts is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
