ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set and track sales targets for Team members
- Track the RPA of the team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate with business, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve the targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new scripts or features
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and conversion
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for your team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Inside/ Relationship sales manager
- 1+Years of team handling experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Graduation/MBA
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
