**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Process and maintain accurate financial records of all transactions.
- Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve any account-related queries.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Maintain and update financial data in the accounting system.
- Assist in auditing activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the Senior Accounts Executive to improve processes and streamline workflows.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.COM) / Master’s degree (M.COM) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or CA Inter.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work on US timings and adjust to flexible work hours.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a remote role, with flexibility to work from home.
- Occasional visits to the office may be required.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
