Job Title: Technical Customer Success Support Executive

Industry: GPS / Telematics

Location: Mumbai
**We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Support Executive who will help our customers use GPS tracking devices and software solutions smoothly and effectively. The role involves onboarding clients, giving product demos, solving technical issues, and ensuring they get maximum value from our GPS & software services.

**Key Responsibilities**: Onboard new customers and guide them through product and software setup.- **Education & Qualifications**: Graduate in any field (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).
- Technical background or experience in GPS/Telematics/Software Support is an advantage.
- **Skills Required**: Basic knowledge of GPS tracking devices and software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.Good coordination and client-handling skills.Ability to travel when required for client support.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
