**Greeting Visitors**:
- Welcome and direct visitors.
- Provide information and answer questions.
- **Managing Phone Calls**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Take messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address inquiries and complaints from customers or clients.
- Assist in resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Data Entry**:
- Update and maintain contact lists and databases.
- Enter information accurately into relevant systems.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Stock brochures, forms, and other informational materials.
- **Supporting Office Management**:
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
