Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

**Bid Management**:

- Identify and evaluate project opportunities on various online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr).
- Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bid documentation is complete, accurate, and meets client requirements.

**Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.

**Proposal Development**:

- Develop compelling and competitive proposals that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather necessary information for proposal preparation.

**Follow-Up and Closing**:

- Follow up with clients to obtain feedback on submitted proposals.
- Work towards closing deals and converting bids into successful projects.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all bidding activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on bidding performance to the management
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously improve bidding processes and strategies to enhance success rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in IT/software development projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
