Job Description: Interior Designer

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development:

- Collaborate with team to understand needs, preferences, and budget for a space.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.

2. Design Execution:

- Create detailed technical drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD (advanced level).
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Produce realistic renderings using rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.

3. Project Management:

- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

4. Material and Product Selection:

- Research and recommend appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

5. Presentation and Documentation:

- Prepare detailed design presentations and proposals for client approval.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project specifications and revisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level), with strong technical drawing skills.
- Expertise in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino.
- Advanced knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
- Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current design trends, sustainable design practices, and building codes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,745.80 per month
