**Job Description: Accounts Assistant**

**Location**: Santacruz or Kaman (Vasai), Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month
**Preferred Gender**: Female

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records in Tally software.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and clients.
- Support the preparation and submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor and maintain petty cash records.
- Handle other administrative accounting tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in accounting, preferably with experience in a CA firm.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
