**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client calls and inquiries in a professional manner (both incoming and outgoing).
- Provide accurate information about the company’s software development services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements, record details, and coordinate with the business development/technical team.
- Promote services through effective communication and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain call logs, client interaction records, and lead status in the CRM.
- Resolve queries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in IT/software services is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
