**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Should be able to read and understand complex construction drawings/blueprints
- Strong understanding of all construction divisions as per US construction industry
- Strong estimation knowledge as per detailed scopes of work and related proposal components
- Should be able to review final estimates and blueprints diligently with a tolerance of zero error
- Manages and reviews multiple projects at once
- Manages, supports, and assists with the training of the estimating staff
- Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope
- Identifies and evaluates all the technical issues that are related to projects
- Ensures the flow of project information is maintained and documented.
- Ensures that a quality submission is made every time
- Able to review multiple projects in a stiff deadline

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Civil Engineering)
- Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in the US construction quantity estimating industry.
- Strong experience on all construction divisions
- Hands-on expertise with estimating tools such as Planswift, Buebeam, and OST, as well as the ability to swiftly adapt to new software
- Committed to working in a fast pace, action-oriented environment
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality check/Quality review roles
- Quick and agile in making quality related decisions independently

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
