Sommelier & Wine Educator (Female Preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Executive Training**:Educate the sales team on the unique qualities, taste profiles, and selling points of our premium wines and RTD products (wine sparklers, wine-based cocktails in cans, and pints). Develop and implement structured training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure sales executives can confidently and e ectively communicate brand value to clients.

**2. Hospitality Sta Training & Tastings**:Conduct regular tastings and training sessions at clubs, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. Explain taste profiles, production methods, and pairing suggestions to empower sta in confidently recommending our o erings. Address technical questions from both hospitality professionals and consumers with clarity and expertise.

**3. Brand Representation**:Act as a passionate and professional brand ambassador. Represent the company at wine events, trade shows, and private tastings, promoting our wines and RTD o erings. Build brand awareness and loyalty through expert knowledge and engaging presentation.

**4. Consumer Engagement**: Lead tastings and educational sessions for consumers, highlighting the distinct characteristics of our products. Build meaningful relationships with consumers and hospitality partners to strengthen brand presence in key markets.

**5. Content Creation**:Develop training handouts, brochures, and educational materials tailored for sales teams, hospitality partners, and end consumers. Ensure all content is visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the brand’s voice and values.

**6. Travel & Market Expansion**:Travel extensively to conduct training, tastings, and participate in events across multiple cities. Adapt to di erent market needs and audience profiles. Identify strategic opportunities for expanding brand presence in new regions and venues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Required Certified Sommelier (e.g., WSET Level 2 or 3, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in wine education, tastings, or hospitality, with strong knowledge of premium wines and wine-based products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to handle technical questions related to wine production, tasting notes, and food pairings.
- Experience in creating training materials, handouts, and brochures (basic design skills a plus).
- Passion for RTD wine products and beverage industry innovation.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across cities.
