**Responsibilities**:

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment with a staffing firm.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and experience in hiring for all technologies.
- Expertise in job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should be willing to work with a startup staffing firm and take ownership of recruitment activities.
- Should have Good Experience in Hiring for top IT companies for PAN India for both permanent and C2H roles.
