A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals, primarily through in-person interactions and presentations. They focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Meetings and Presentations**:Meeting with clients, presenting products or services, and demonstrating their value to potential customers.
- **Sales Closure**:Negotiating contracts, managing the sales process, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term business growth.
- **Territory Management**:Managing a specific geographic area or set of accounts, ensuring effective coverage and sales performance within that territory.
- **Market Analysis**:Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and providing feedback to management on sales performance and market insights.
- **Product Knowledge**:Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- **Customer Service**:Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients.

- **Time Management and Organization**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently within a territory.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and adapt to changing market conditions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
- **Adaptability and Resilience**: Ability to adapt to different situations, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of challenges.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using sales technology, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
