Job Summary: Join our vibrant and friendly institution as a Course Co-Coordinator We are seeking a passionate and dynamic, Qualified/Part Qualified CA/CMA/CS/ACCA faculty member who loves teaching and mentoring students. In this role, you will be responsible for managing course logistics, curriculum development, student support, assessment, and instructional delivery. Join our team and be part of creating an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Quality Education**: Ensure the delivery of quality educational programs in a safe, positive, and healthy learning environment.

**2.Inspiration and Motivation**: Inspire and motivate students, teachers, and other school employees to achieve academic excellence.

**3.Administrative Duties**:Plan, prepare, publish, and implement dashboards related to class and exam schedules, and results.
Inform students of deadlines and ensure the smooth running of classes.
Provide study material on time and manage required documentation.

**4.Collaboration with Faculty**:Collaborate with faculty members to create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Contribute to curriculum development and stay updated on industry trends.

**5.Student Support**:Provide personalized guidance and support to students in course selection, academic progress, and career pathways.
Cultivate a positive learning environment, addressing student concerns promptly.

**6.Instructional Delivery**:Deliver captivating lectures and interactive sessions.
Utilize various teaching methods and technology tools to enhance the learning experience.

**7.Collaboration and Professional Development**:Collaborate with faculty members to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Participate in faculty development activities, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively connect with students and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet students' needs and enrich their learning experiences.
