**Job Description Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for promoting the diagnostic centre’s services, increasing footfall, and driving business growth through strategic marketing activities. The role involves building relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and the community, as well as implementing outreach campaigns and health awareness initiatives. The PRO plays a key role in enhancing the Centre's visibility, handling patient concerns, and supporting business development activities.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and approach potential referral sources such as doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new healthcare partners.
- Meet monthly targets for new business acquisition and referrals.
**Marketing & Promotions**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote services and health packages.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in targeted locations.
- Organize and support health check-up camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs.
**Digital Marketing Support**:
- Collect and share content such as patient testimonials, success stories, and service updates.
**Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence.
- Understand local demographics and health trends to suggest relevant packages and promotions.
- Monitor feedback and patient satisfaction for continuous improvement.
**Coordination & Reporting**:
- Work closely with operations, lab, and admin teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
- Maintain records of field visits, referrals, and daily reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field).
- **Experience**: 1-4 years in marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mind-set with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with local healthcare networks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
