Powerapps InfoPath power platform Responsibilities: 1. SharePoint Configuration: Configure and customize SharePoint based on the organization's needs and requirements. This includes creating and managing sites lists libraries web parts workflows and other functionalities. 2. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users on SharePoint related queries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise ensuring mínimal disruption to users. 3. Site Management: Monitor and maintain SharePoint sites ensuring they are secure functional and up-to-date with relevant content. Manage permissions and access control to ensure data integrity and privacy. 4. System Performance: Monitor the performance and health of the SharePoint environment conducting regular system checks and implementing optimizations as required. Identify and resolve any performance bottlenecks. 5. Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with various departments to understand their SharePoint needs and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on SharePoint usage and features. 6. Content Migration: Assist in the migration of content from legacy systems or file shares into SharePoint. Ensure a smooth transition while preserving data integrity and maintaining appropriate access controls. 7. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to SharePoint configuration procedures and guidelines. This includes keeping records of system changes issues and their resolutions. 8. Security and Compliance: Ensure SharePoint adheres to security standards and policies. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices regarding SharePoint security and compliance implementing necessary updates or enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and infrastructure. - Proficiency in SharePoint administration tools and PowerShell scripting. - Familiarity with Active Directory O365 and Azure AD integration with SharePoint. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
