**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client and Broker Engagement:
- Present and show property to potential clients and brokers.
- Understand client needs to provide them with tailored property solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Conduct negotiations to close property deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets through effective negotiation techniques.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement strategies to attract new customers.
- Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other marketing events.
- Follow-up and Client Care.
- Maintain contact with clients and brokers post-viewing to address concerns and follow up on offers.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare timely reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Use industry insights to inform marketing efforts and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing and commercial leasing.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and competitor offerings.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and capable of closing deals efficiently.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and brokers.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
