**Organize and perform treatments both facial and body treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.**
Participate and motivate the team in the sale of retail products, ensuring the retail target is achieved by all Spa Hosts.
**Participate in sales, ensuring the individual targets are achieved.**
Assist in providing departmental orientation to newly recruited Hosts.
**Assist Spa Reception whenever needed.**
Ensure therapists perform opening and closing according to Six Senses Spas standards.
**Check and set up daily operations of the Spa according to Six Senses Spas standards.**
Establish, implement, update and monitor of the Spa training manual in stock control procedures.
**Ensure that training materials, SOP’s and information on retail brands is up to date and available for the team to use.**
Work in liaison with the Spa Management to maintain all training standards.
**Assist to create an environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment & teamwork.**
Provide all relevant training reports to the spa and home office.
**Carry out monthly training with Spa Team following the individual training plan for each Host as well as other training needs outlined on the training calendar.**
Assist in the training of hosts within the department, ensuring that the standards and methods of service are maintained as per Six Senses Spas manual.
**Provide coaching and counseling sessions to hosts when needed.**
Take part in Six Senses Spas Mentorship Program. Make sure the development plan of each individual is well monitored and updated.
**Program training calendar, including training needs analysis, follow up training and send to the assigned Corporate Spa Trainer before the due date each month.**
Send Local Training Report to the assigned Corporate Trainer before the due date each month.
**Attend global scheduled calls for the Local Trainers twice per month.**
Attend individual call with the assigned Corporate Spa Trainer on a monthly basis.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
