Filenet Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **FileNet Administration**:

- Perform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of IBM FileNet.
- Implement updates, patches, and performance tuning for FileNet systems.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of BPMS systems and related technologies.
- **IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Administration**:

- Install, configure, and manage WebSphere Application Server.
- Configure SSL communication between Web Server Plug-in and WebSphere Application Server.
- **Backup and Restoration**:

- Perform regular backups and restoration procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and system availability through robust backup mechanisms.
- **Deployment and Configuration**:

- Install, configure, and administer IBM Business Monitor v8.x, including Process Centre, Process Server, and Deployment Manager.
- Deploy code on IBM BPM/BAW v8.x, 18.x, 19.x environments.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide advanced troubleshooting for BPMS systems and underlying technologies, including WebSphere Application Server and Apache Tomcat.
- Monitor system performance and implement fixes proactively.
- **Collaboration with Related Technologies**:

- Work with related technologies, such as IBM HTTP Server, DB2, and WebSphere MQ.
- Support Linux systems, including those hosted on public cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, and AWS.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Mandatory Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in FileNet Administration.
- Hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration.
- Configuration of SSL communication between Web Server Plug-in and WebSphere Application Server.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for BPMS systems.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Familiarity with IBM HTTP Server, DB2, and WebSphere MQ.
- Hands-on experience in backup restoration and performance tuning.
- Linux system administration skills. Experience with public cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.
- **Preferred Experience**:

- Installation and administration of IBM Business Monitor v8.x, Process Centre, Process Server, and Deployment Manager.
- Code deployment and configuration of IBM BPM/BAW environments.

Pay: ₹1,306,267.38 - ₹1,397,468.13 per year
