A **Special Educator** works with students who have diverse learning needs, including disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. The role involves designing individualized learning plans, providing specialized instruction, and ensuring an inclusive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Individualized Education Planning (IEP)**
- Develop and implement **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)** for students.
- Set academic, social, and behavioral goals based on students' abilities.
- Modify curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.

**2. Specialized Instruction & Support**
- Use **differentiated teaching strategies** to help students learn effectively.
- Use **assistive technology** and adaptive learning tools when necessary.
- Offer **one-on-one or small-group instruction** for students needing extra support.

**3. Classroom Inclusion & Collaboration**
- Work closely with general education teachers to integrate special needs students.
- Assist in modifying classroom activities to suit all learners.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

**4. Behavior Management & Emotional Support**
- Implement **behavioral intervention plans** to manage classroom challenges.
- Provide **social-emotional support** to students.
- Help students develop **coping strategies and self-regulation skills**.

**5. Communication & Coordination**
- Collaborate with **parents, therapists, counselors, and school staff**.
- Conduct **regular progress meetings** with parents and teachers.
- Maintain detailed reports on students' development and challenges.

**6. Professional Development & Compliance**
- Stay updated with **special education policies and best practices**.
- Ensure compliance with **government regulations and inclusive education guidelines**.
- Participate in **training sessions and workshops** on special education techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
