**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine creative design skills with strong customer relationship and sales management abilities. This role requires designing bespoke furniture concepts as well as managing the store’s day-to-day operations, client interactions, and sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design**:

- Create innovative and functional furniture designs based on client requirements.
- Work with materials such as solid wood, metal, and upholstery to develop concepts.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
- Maintain trend awareness in furniture and interior design.

**Store Sales & Management**:

- Manage daily operations of the furniture store and ensure smooth client experience.
- Interact with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide design-led solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and customization options.
- Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/diploma in Furniture Design / Interior Design / related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in furniture design and retail sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask between design development and store management.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Passion for furniture, interiors, and customer service.
