Collection Agent

Oversee all collections and repossessions.
- Convert delinquent accounts to current customers.
- Perform collection calls.
- Research additional collection methods.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Previous collections experience is desirable but not required.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers.
