**Experience**:Min. 5-10 Years Administrative Experience as HoD or 01-05 Years on a Dean Position

**Age Criteria**:40-50 Years

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Lead academic faculty in the delivery of the school’s high-quality curriculum and drive innovation in new programmes and educational approaches.
- Foster and support excellence and integrity in teaching, research, and service to students through developing the resources and talent within the school.
- Develop research and scholarship opportunities within the school and provide leadership for knowledge transfer with industry and other partners.
- Management and oversight of international collaborations.
- Work collaboratively with other schools and departments.
- Ensure that the performance of faculty and administrative staff within the school is appropriately managed and reviewed in line with college policies.
- Responsible for the quality of school provision including the implementation of quality accreditation related to learning, teaching and assessment, course approval and external examiners involvement.
- Ensure that the academic performance of the school is appropriately monitored and that related action plans are implemented.
- Develop and support income generating activity in the school and prepare and manage the school’s budget in line with college requirements.
- Understand key accreditation bodies and seeking to obtain targeted accreditations.
- Develop and maintain external links and partnerships that support the objectives of

the school and the college’s strategic plan.
- Attend and contribute to Academic Council and Executive Group meetings. Contribute to the development of school’s strategy

**Salary**: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

- Roorkee, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
