1. Monitor accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection from clients in the FMCG sector.

2. Implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts and outstanding receivables.

4. Address customer inquiries and provide support for billing issues, payment disputes, and invoice clarification.

5. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments received, and follow-up actions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
- Understanding of financial and credit principles.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethics in handling financial information.
