Will be activating patients on Insulin and train them on the process of insulin initiationProvides education to clients and family members regarding self-care, maintaining optimal health, and preventing complications

Will be responsible for Patient home visits and would be sitting at Doctor clinic for OPD

Reporting to Project Manager, on daily reports

No. of visit per Day: - either of the below o Attending 1 OPD/per day and/or 4-5 patient field visits &/or 2-3 Doctor visit o Total visit count per day of at least 8 which includes Doctor, patient & OPD

Qualification: Any Science Graduate Skills:
Excellent communication, pleasing personality and conversation skills (most important factor for recruitment)Good communication in English, Hindi, Regional language

Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare sector would be added advantageHaving good counseling experience in handling patient queries would be added advantage

Willing to travel within city

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
