**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Administration**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database systems.
- Manage database instances, including creating, maintaining, and deleting user accounts and privileges.
- Monitor and tune database performance for optimal system performance.
- **Backup & Recovery**:

- Implement and maintain backup strategies to ensure database availability and data protection.
- Perform regular database backups and recovery procedures.
- **Security Management**:

- Ensure database security through access control, encryption, and other security best practices.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**:

- Provide troubleshooting support for database-related issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve database performance issues and errors.
- **Patch Management**:

- **Capacity Planning & Database Design**:

- Participate in database design and architecture discussions to optimize performance and scalability.
- Perform capacity planning and forecasting to support growth needs.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and changes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with development, network, and system administrators to ensure smooth database operations and integration.

**Qualifications: Experience**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
- Strong experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c or higher.
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments. **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Proficient in Oracle database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
- Understanding of Oracle licensing, patches, and patch management.
- Experience in using Oracle Enterprise Manager or similar monitoring tools.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
