Project Coordinator

**Job description**

**Role **:

- Construction and Monitoring Engineer - Electrical
- Solar PV Power Plant

**Educational Qualification** - BE. Electrical Engineering

**Prior Experience** - 3-5 years of experience of which at least 2 years in solar PV sector

**Responsibilities**
- Approve the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to be prepared by the contractors.
- Issue necessary instructions to the contractors, through Client’s site in charge, to carry out construction work as per the approved QAP.
- Monitor construction, erection, testing and commissioning of plant, equipment and facilities by the contractors to ensure full compliance of the contract with regard to quality, safety, standards and practices.
- Assist Client in providing solutions to design-related problems.
- Monitor tests carried out on soil, concrete, structure or equipment at the site.
- Prepare site progress reports covering current construction status, deviations from approved schedules, critical areas and proposed remedial measures.
- Review and advise Client on change orders from the contractors.
- EHS compliance through periodic visits of EHS expert (As per requirement).
- Interface and coordinate activities to monitor plant testing from initial synchronization of units.

**Must have - **Prior relevant experience in solar PV power projects

**Travel - **Willing to travel and stay as per requirement
