Work Experience, qualification and skills:

- min 6 month to 1 yearexperience of Telecalling OR Dealing with Customers **(in Aegis)**or Real Estate or **MBA FRESHER**.
- Bachelor degree.
- MS Office, MS Excel & Good in **English speaking.**:

- Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- To make communication with our Real Estate Investors for orders, plot installments and customer grievances and follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems and genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Reminder Calls to our regarding every month’s offers / Plot Installments.

Job Location:

**Salary**:

- Rs. 12,000-16,000/- pm + other (Negotiable)
