**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients in need of IT services such as web development, software solutions, hosting services, and digital infrastructure.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and market demands.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and regular follow-ups.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

7. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.

8. Stay updated with the latest technology trends, products, and services in the IT industry to effectively position our offerings in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and technology.
