**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GST Sales Professional to join our sales team. As a GST Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by promoting and selling our goods and services related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and solutions. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding their GST-related needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve compliance and streamline their taxation processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:Identify and target potential clients, businesses, and organizations in need of GST-related solutions.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their GST requirements and challenges.

Consultative Selling:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' GST compliance needs and pain points.
Present and explain our range of GST-related products and services, demonstrating how they can address client needs effectively.

Solution Presentation and Customization:Customize solutions based on clients' specific requirements, providing detailed demonstrations and presentations.
Articulate the value proposition of our GST solutions, highlighting benefits and ROI.

Sales Process Management:Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Utilize a CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:Stay updated on GST regulations, changes, and compliance requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Continuously educate yourself about our GST solutions and their features, as well as competitive offerings.

Sales Targets and Reporting:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.

Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless transition for clients post-sale.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a GST-related or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with GST regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
