**Job Summary**:
As a Copyrighter, you will be an integral part of our Creative team, assisting in the development and implementation of content marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement with the target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and video production teams to create compelling narratives that highlight our properties, attract potential buyers, and promote our brand. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of content and copy writing while contributing to real projects and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative taglines, slogans, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to align copy with visual elements.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all marketing materials.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to create impactful messaging.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, outlines, and editorial calendars.

**Research and Writing**:

- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in scripts.

**Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
- Proofread written materials to ensure they are error-free and ready for publication.

**Content Strategy Support**:

- Assist in developing content strategies and campaigns to support marketing initiatives and goals.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in marketing, advertising, or branding.
- Strong understanding of writing short, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Ability to write for various formats, including social media, paid ads, and promotional materials.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and audience psychology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
