At Marching Ants, we are on the **lookout for a talented** and **principled UI/UX Designer** who is **passionate** about **creating beautiful**, intuitive, and functional **digital experiences**. You will **work closely** with our **Creative Head/CEO**, collaborating on ideas that push boundaries and align with our design-led ethos. **What We're Looking For**:

- A creative thinker with strong UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- A solid & up-to-date understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- An eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values shared success.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- A professional with a strong value system, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your skills and creativity across various projects.

**Educational Qualification**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for client websites and in-house digital products.
- Conduct research to understand user behaviour, pain points, and expectations.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that align with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to bring designs to life.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Ensure that designs are optimised for performance and meet accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to maintain a competitive edge.
