**Job Posting: Mechanical Supervisor - NMDC Nagarnar Oxygen Plant**

**Position**: Mechanical Supervisor
**Location**: NMDC Oxygen Plant, Nagarnar
**Qualification**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance or industrial operations.
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities across the plant to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor performance and condition of mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, pipelines, valves, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
- Lead a team of technicians and fitters, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules in coordination with plant operations.
- Inspect mechanical installations and systems regularly to identify faults, wear and tear, or potential failures.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, reports, and spare part usage.
- Maintain inventory of critical mechanical spares and raise procurement requests as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance during all mechanical works.
- Support commissioning activities of new equipment or plant modifications.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other departments for timely completion of mechanical works.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
